Got a question about one of our reviews, spotted something that needs updating, or just want to tell us we missed a casino worth covering? This page explains how to reach Real Money Casinos and what we can (and can't) help with.
What we can help with
Real Money Casinos is an independent research and comparison site. We don't operate a casino, hold player funds, or process deposits and withdrawals ourselves — we compare the online casinos available to US players and explain how their bonuses, banking options and terms stack up. Because of that, our team is best placed to help with things like:
- Corrections or updates to a bonus offer, rating, or piece of casino information on the site
- Suggestions for a licensed US-facing casino we haven't yet reviewed
- General feedback on our comparisons, methodology, or how we present bonus terms such as those for Raging Bull, Uptown Aces, or the other operators listed on this site
- Questions about how we research and rank offers
What we can't help with
Because we're a comparison and review resource rather than a casino operator, there are some requests we simply aren't positioned to resolve. For anything involving a specific casino account, you'll need to go directly to that operator's own support team — they're the only ones with access to your account details. This includes:
- Deposits, withdrawals, or delayed payouts on a casino account
- Identity verification (KYC) checks or document uploads
- Bonus credits, wagering progress, or a promotion that hasn't applied correctly
- Closing, self-excluding from, or reactivating an account with a specific casino
Each licensed casino publishes its own support channels — usually live chat, email, or phone — on its website or within your account dashboard. Their support team can look up your account and act on it directly, which we cannot do from here.
Before you get in touch, it may already be answered
A lot of the questions we receive are already covered elsewhere on the site. If you're weighing up how casino licensing works, how bonus wagering requirements affect what you can withdraw, or how RTP and random number generators relate to your chances of winning, our other pages go into that in detail. If your question is about gambling responsibly — setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, or where to find support if play has stopped being fun — our Responsible Gambling page is a good place to start, and it links out to national support organisations. Our Terms and Conditions page also covers how we operate this site and the limits of the information we provide.
If you're researching us as a source before relying on our rankings, our About Us page explains who we are and how we put comparisons together, including how commission from casino partners works and why it doesn't decide our ratings.
A note on responsible gambling
If you're reaching out because gambling has started to feel less like entertainment and more like a strain — financially, emotionally, or otherwise — please don't wait to ask for help. Setting deposit and time limits, using self-exclusion tools, and reaching out to a support organisation are all legitimate steps, and taking them early is never something to be embarrassed about. Our Responsible Gambling page lists tools and national support services that are separate from any casino operator and free to use.
Licensing, eligibility and how we cover casinos
A quick reminder while you're here: online casino gambling in the US is regulated at the state level, so availability, minimum age (typically 21, though some activities vary by state), and the specific rules that apply all depend on where you're physically located when you play. We only ever cover, name and rank licensed, regulated operators on this site — we don't list or endorse unregulated casinos, regardless of what offer they advertise. If a question you have relates to whether a particular operator is licensed to serve your state, that's worth confirming directly with the casino or your state's gaming regulator before you sign up or deposit.
Getting a useful response
If you do write in about something on the site itself — a factual correction, an outdated bonus figure, or a broken link — it helps to include:
- The page or casino name the query relates to
- What you believe is inaccurate or out of date
- Any source or link that supports the correction, if you have one
That lets us verify and update the page rather than going back and forth over what changed. We review and refresh our casino comparisons regularly, so specific, sourced feedback is genuinely useful to us.
